Touch a Truck

Last Saturday was the annual Touch a Truck event in Norman. I took Brody one other year and he LOVED it. Bryson was supposed to leave that morning to go back out to the field but got a call around 5:00 a.m. saying that he didn't have to leave until Sunday. We were so excited!! The excitement only lasted a little while though. Brody had a rough night sleeping and when he woke up he acted like his stomach was killing him. I couldn't figure it out. He was acting very out of character, but he still insisted on going to Touch a Truck. We dropped Meg off at my grandparent's house and headed out. He had a great time but we could tell something wasn't right. I eventually thought to check his throat and it was so swollen. We took him to the urgent care center and sure enough he had strep. Poor guy and poor other kids who sat in the trucks after him :)

On the OU hospital helicopter. I think it was his favorite!

This may be my favorite picture of these two. They look so much alike!
