This is the quilt I bought while we were in Gruene, Texas. I fell in love with and bought it hoping I would have a girl someday. Come to find out I was pregnant at the time with Meg, but didn't find out for about 3 more weeks!
The face she loves to make
They called this a "prize winner"
*Everyone who sees Meg comments on her chubby cheeks and says she must not miss many meals. I think you can tell from the below picture that she is certainly getting big. She can wear 3-6 month clothes. That is just crazy! Things she currently loves are sitting up (with us holding her of course), laying on her changing table, sitting in her bumbo chair (with a little help), being carried around in her Baby Bjorn, being read to (the guilt got to me and so we started having reading time every day), being outside, being held, and having people talk to her. She will occasionally give you a cute little grin, but you have to really work for it!
I have been trying to be a bow person since Meg is a girl and all....but deep down I still prefer hats. They are so cute! I am now on the hunt for cute girl hats!
*We met up with a number of people this last week. Nana and Papa came up for dinner on Saturday night, Meg and I went to Stillwater on Tuesday to see my friend Christi, I went to my office Tuesday and Friday, and Meg and I had lunch with my friend Kristen on Friday. We love getting to see everyone and everyone seems to love seeing Meg too!
My friend Rachel from work. She had the magic baby touch. Meg made her mark (spit up) on Rachel as well as two other people in my office....oops!
*Brody went camping for the first time this week. Bryson and Matt decided to take the boys on Wednesday night down to Sulphur. It sounded like the boys loved it. They went fishing and then played with their monster trucks in the dirt until almost midnight. They all slept in the same tent. I think this is the first of many camping trips for the four of them. Since I wasn't there we have no pictures!
*While the boys went camping Mom and Hannah stayed the night with me and Meg. It was a lot of fun and Hannah is such a big help. She just sits and holds Meg and talks to her....they both just love it!
*Brody got to ride the Heartland Flyer on Friday! MiMi and Bumpy took the three grandkids on the train to Gainesville and then Kena and Matt picked them up. They spent the day in Gainesville before heading back home.
Enjoying being outside
What the boys spend all of their time doing...playing trucks!

I LOVE your new pictures. Meg has changed so much since we saw you (so awake and alert) all and Brody is so grown up looking. Where did you get that cute b/w outfit Meg has on...I love it! They are both so sweet! I love being able to keep up with you guys :)
The double stroller picture is my favorite!! I'm sorry I missed Miss Meg on Friday - it was a quiet day in the office, huh?!
