The Wednesday before Mother's Day was a very anticipated day at our house. It was the Mother's Day Tea Party at Gingerbread. Gingerbread does the best job of celebrating moms and hosts the cutest little tea party complete with entertainment.
Meg was very happy to see me when I arrived and eagerly showed me to my seat!
Then all the Elves got up to perform about 12 different songs. Meg sang her little heart out and I must admit I got pretty teary eyed on a few of them. She is just so big and I am so proud of that little girl!
Having Cooper in her class made the entire year even better and it was so cute to watch him sing too!
She has the best teachers and we had to get a picture with each of them!
I just love Teacher Pam. This was Brody's favorite teacher and Meg sure loved her too!
Although Meg loved all of her teachers Teacher Laura was probably her favorite. She always came home talking about what her hair looked like, what she was wearing, and she spent a lot of time following her around on the playground!
And Teacher Ghis! The Elf Class probably wouldn't run as well as it does if it wasn't for her! She does such a great job planning and organizing everything and I love how she encourages each kid to be so independent. And she's so fun!
And the day wouldn't be complete without her showing me her new skills on the rope swing!
