The little things

The reason I started this blog in the first place was to remember all the little things Meg and Brody do. The things that make them unique and special and the things I never want to forget, but know that if I don't right them down I will never remember. With that being said here are some of the little things about Meg right now! She is all about being outside as much as possible. She has developed a love of Brody's old tractor!
And this is honestly how she was riding it around one day! There is never a dull moment with this girl!
Peek-a-boo
She has also mastered the tricycle. She is very, very determined and does NOT want any form of help and if Brody bumps her tricycle with his rip rider or bicycle she gets off and tries to attack him on whatever he is riding and yells, "No Brody!". She rode half a mile on this thing one night. I see purchasing a bike for her in our near future!
She loves to give people these sweet little looks and I loves to flutter her eyes. It is honestly the most precious thing I have ever seen. This was my attempt of getting a picture of her doing it!
This is another little look she gives. I was trying to get a picture of her black eye but you can't see it. She is so rough and tough that I am surprised she doesn't constantly have a black eye. She is always trying to play fight and wrestle. She even does it to strangers.
And her other new love is t-ball. She has the craziest swing ever but she rarely misses. Don't you love the gardening gloves? Those are essential for t-ball success!

She pulls the bat way back
Can you see the ball on the left side of the picture in the middle of the road? That's how far my baby hit it. I'm a tad proud :)

My other story about her is that one morning I was trying to get the kids ready to take Brody to school. I asked Meg to take Brody his library book since she loves to be my little helper. I just assumed she did what I asked. When I got ready to drop him off I realized she never gave it to him. Throughout the day I kept my eye out for that book and never found it. Brody got a little concerned since the next day was library day. So on Thursday morning as soon as Meg woke up I asked if she remembered what she did with Brody's book. She smiled and immediately grabbed my hand and said, "Meg's room". We went in there and she took me to her hamper. She had thrown it in there to hide from us. She just laughed and laughed. Such a stinker.
