Bryson's handy old I-phone recently started to have some problems and so he decided to get a new one and I was the lucky beneficiary of the "broke" one. I don't have it hooked up to be my phone, but I can still use it to take pictures, the kids can play games, and I can finally do the Couch to 5K program. Here are some of the things we have been up to lately that wouldn't have been captured if I didn't have the I-phone. Sorry they are very out of order!

Me and the kids enjoyed a lovely day at the zoo. We spent the majority of our time in the Childrens Zoo. Next time I will bring bathing suits and a change of clothes.

Silly girl waiting to ride the train at the zoo

Meg was a happy girl after finishing up her donuts one morning at our favorite donut store!

Meg got her first cotton candy at the zoo. She thought it was fun to hold but really didn't eat much of it!

Meg was having fun with her friends from church one Wednesday evening. Kinley is the little girl that Meg gets all of her clothes from. Isn't she a cutie???

Meg getting hugs from her Gymboree and Mall friend Avie!

More fun at the zoo!

Eating lunch while we wait for the train at the zoo

We took Brody to another Barons hockey game one night and thanks to Cousin Shawn's girlfriend Katelyn, Brody got to go on the ice during halftime and pick up pucks. He was so super cute doing it!

He stuck out like a sore thumb. He was the only one not on a little league hockey team!

Brody was very interested in the birds at the Childrens Zoo. He even wanted to hold one which is very unlike him. After one bit him a zoo employee gave him a cup of nectar and this little bird made himself right at home on Brody's arm.

Meg was a tad jealous! Right after this Brody tried to get the bird on my arm. Another bird flew on my shoulder and I sort of freaked out (Katy I know you will understand!). I don't really care for being that close to birds but was trying to be sweet and let my little ones experience it. I guess Brody saw my nervousness and when another bird flew on his shoulder he completely freaked out and shook the bird off of his hand and the nectar cup went flying. We apologized and quickly hustled out of there. I doubt we go back. We will stick to petting the goats in the petting zoo. Much more our style!

Somebody was a little sad the hockey game was over!
