For the longest time I have always said that Meg isn't the type of kid that really likes to play with toys. Instead she has always found great pleasure in climbing and jumping on things and doing artsy stuff. Well obviously we just hadn't provided her with the right toys! She has acquired a number of little figurines from the Disney Store including the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse people, some princesses, and the Beauty and the Beast characters. And she is obsessed with them. I love watching her carry them around and she will have the princesses talk to each other and she will have Belle and the Beast kiss. It is so precious!
Do you see the side pony she is rockin? She loves to get into Brody's soccer stuff and wear his cleats around. I think this is how she went one day to pick Brody up from school. Her vocabulary is continuing to expand and I hear her repeat a lot of the things that Brody says. She also trys to sing along to the songs we listen to in the car and says her own version of a prayer when I rock her. The other funny thing that she does is you will ask her if she wants to do something or if she likes something and she will raise her hand real high and say, "I DO". Today as we passed the mall she was saying mall and Bryson said, "Do you like the mall?" and her hand shot up and said, "I do!!!".
