The Big News....

This little sweetie is officially a Big Girl! She has ditched the diapers and is rockin panties instead these days!

Yes, I know, look at that belly! I think she must have been sticking it out!

It all started last Monday when I noticed she stayed dry all morning and when we ran a few errands I asked her if she needed to go potty each place we went and she did. That afternoon I put her in panties and we haven't looked back! As with all changes in the parenting game it was so much easier than I anticipated it being. With Brody and Meg it has always been that way. I always thought getting rid of the paci, taking away the bottle, etc. would be horrible traumatic events for all involved and each time it proved the complete opposite! Now let's just not talk about sleeping....that's a whole different ballgame in this house :)

We are still working out some kinks when it comes to pooping and getting to the potty at the right time, but I think that will only get better in the coming weeks. We are so proud of our little girl and so happy that we have no more diapers to buy.....yeah!!!
