No More Highchair....

Can I just tell you how happy I am that instead of a nasty old highchair that I have never really loved taking up room in my kitchen that I now have this adorable table instead! It makes me oh so very happy and Brody and Meg love it too!

My sweet and talented friend Katy made the boring little table I bought at Ikea spectacular!
She had planned on making it gender neutral but I really thought I would put it in Meg's room so I asked her to make it just like the one she painted for her girls. Well who knew that both kids would love it and want to eat at the table for every meal.

Meg has never enjoyed sitting in highchairs and we have always struggled with her climbing out of them. It is amazing how much better she eats now that she has a little chair just her size with a princess crown on it. I figured she would eat a little then get up and then come back (like Brody does), but she sits down when she is hungry and doesn't get up until she is "all done".

And Brody just loves his Monster Truck chair and doesn't want anyone else (Meg) to sit in it!
