There has been great news here at the Varner house! Bryson has been home for a month and he has a new job that he will start tomorrow. Needless to say we are beyond excited and have been making up for lost time. Him and Meg have officially bonded even though they still butt heads at times (Bryson likes babies a lot more once they are mobile. He likes to play with kids not just sit there and stare at them). I think this entire experience has made us more appreciative of the time we do have together and therefore we have been having A LOT of fun these last few weeks and I just haven't had time to blog. So below are a ton of pictures. Hope you enjoy!!
My sweet Meg in her exercauser. She has officially developed a personality. Things I thought about her early on are no longer true. She is my social butterfly. Take her out and about and let people stare at her and say how cute she is and she will be a happy baby. If someone is holding her and they quit talking to her she gets unhappy. She is just a little blessing. She gets upset if Brody starts crying for some reason. Her bottom lip starts to quiver and she will start to cry too. So sweet! She went for her four month check-up on Friday and the doctor said she looked great. We heard the same thing we always hear, "She looks like she is eating good". She was 76% on her weight and 66% on her length.
This is Bryson and Brody at Frontier City. Bryson and I took a picture of a boy just like this when we went to Las Vegas for our 1-year wedding anniversary. I remember we both thought it was hilarious (funny enough for us to take a picture of it) and yet when it is our kid with his undies showing it doesn't seem to be any big deal!
The teacups! Brody loved Frontier City....especially the Renegade Rapids and the mini roller coaster. Thanks to Gran B for watching Meg!
Kena and her family stayed in a hotel in OKC this last week and we went with them to Bricktown and back to the hotel to swim. Brody loves the water. He is so brave (obviously you can see that from this picture).
I think Bryson has more fun that the boys!
