We left Sulphur and headed home on Christmas Eve. Meg didn't even make it home without falling asleep so she went to bed really early and without opening her Christmas jammies or book. We let Brody stay up later playing games and watching A Christmas Story!
Once Brody was in bed the house was so nice and calm and Santa made his stop! I always love the feeling on Christmas Eve after the kids are in bed. So much anticipation!
Both of the kids slept great and were ready to check out the goodies around 7:00. I held them off for a few minutes so Bryson could set up the video recorder. They were about to bust with excitement!
They were immediately thrilled with what they saw!
Brody received a very special gift. Tickets to the Dallas Cowboys last home game. He just couldn't believe it!

We enjoyed playing with some of the new toys that morning but before long the kids were anxious to head to Sulphur. They couldn't wait to spend the next couple of days with everyone!
