On September 11th we woke up with the sad realization that our wonderful vacation was coming to an end. We had just a few hours left in the Magic Kingdom before we had to catch the Magical Express Bus and hop on a plane back to Dallas!
Brody and Cooper enjoyed one last breakfast on the patio!
Final family pictures!
One final stroll down Main Street
We caught a cute little street performance
Bryson insisted I take this picture to show that even "crap" happens in the Magic Kingdom
We headed through Cinderella's Castle and Meg got sprinkled with a little pixie dust. I think she still has some pixie dust left in her hair almost a month later! After this Bryson and Meg headed off to have some daddy/daughter time and so I could enjoy some time doing the big kid rides with Brody!
Carolina asked the Conducter if the birthday boys could sit in the back and announce "All Aboard". They were so cute and said there names and where they were from! Their little grins say it all!
After rides, lunch, and some souvenir shopping these two needed a nice spot to rest!
We caught another performance outside Cinderella's Castle. Meg had a ball dancing with Jessie!
The only thing Meg hadn't got to do at that point that she really wanted to was meet Tinker Bell! Her and I stood in the longest line we had our entire stay (45 minutes) so good finally meet her. It was so worth it! Tinker Bell immediately noticed Meg's pixie dust!
You can tell Tink was so excited to meet Meg!
And an extra bonus her sister Silver Mist was there too! Meg and her had fun together!
By the time we got done the others had gone on back to the hotel and so Meg and I hurried as fast as we could so we wouldn't miss the bus! After some rather long lines at the airport we made it just in time for quick bathroom breaks before boarding the airplane!
So sad to be heading home. And even sadder that he had to go to school the next day!
Too cute with their backpacks! Meg's was so loaded down I thought she would tip backward!
This is what these two looked like when we pulled into our driveway. And honestly that is what all of us (but Rob who was nice enough to drive) looked like pretty much the entire drive home. My family was so exhausted. I am not sure I have ever had so much fun and yet been so extremely tired at the end of a vacation. I felt like I had a Disney hangover for days. But it was all worth it for such a magical vacation!!!!
