Disney World-Part 2

The day we were up early to make it to the Magic Kingdom by 7:45!  We had dining reservations at the Crystal Palace that morning and so we got to go inside the park well over a hour before it opened! The kids were so excited to finally be going!
They loved their stroller we rented!
The great thing about our hotel was that the monorail runs right through it so it was just a quick ride to the Magic Kingdom.  Bryson made up songs the entire trip about the "Magic Kingdom" and loved to sing them loudly while we were riding the monorail!
The kids were excited about Disney World but they were also very excited that Nana and Papa drove over from Destin to spend the day with us!  Loved that we got pictures with very few people around!

This Character breakfast was the kids first experience with the characters and it was so much fun.  They all 3 just loved the characters and it never got old the entire trip!

Tigger was so fun and bounced all over.  Just what you would expect!  It caught these two guys off guard!
To see Brody hug Tigger was so sweet.  He has always been terrified of people in costumes but Tigger got him past that!

After eating we headed to Fantasy Land to ride Dumbo. That is all Meg had been talking about.  Meeting Tiana and riding Dumbo!
I have always wanted to ride Dumbo too so Meg and I were pretty excited at this moment!!!

Then it was teacups time.  I sat this one out but these two cuties got a fun ride with Carolina!  I love the look of pure joy on their faces!  The great thing about when we went was that there were basically zero lines for everything.  If you wanted to ride the same thing over and over, you could!
The other thing I loved is that there were characters everywhere.  You didn't have to search them out you just ran into them.  And these two holding hands just always puts a smile on my face!!!

Next up was the racetrack!
While the big kids rode Space Mountain Carolina took the little ones on the People Mover and they ended up running into Stitch and the Chip and Dale!

Then it was the rockets!  Before we got on each ride it was a little challenging trying to figure out who wanted to ride with who.  On this particular ride Carolina and Bryson got stuck in the same one. It was pretty funny!
Then it was the Buzz Lightyear ride.  They all loved shooting at stuff!

Loved her face on the boat ride!
Around lunch time we split up.  The boys at an appointment at the Pirate League to get made up like pirates and Carolina, Meg, and I had a lunch reservation at Cinderella's Castle!
Pretty impressive pirates!

As we were standing in line to go into the Castle Meg noticed that all the other girls were dressed up and she said, "I want to be a princess".  I was so thankful that I had bought a Tiana dress at Wal-Mart and tucked it into my bag.  We quickly changed and she was a princess!  Unfortunately she got upset about her hair and took down the pretty piggy tails Carolina had done and so her hair looked messy in all the princess pictures!

Headed up the castle stairs!

This was her face as she waited for each princess.  And each one of them were so super nice!

At the end she got to decorate her own cupcake!
So glad Carolina joined us for our fun and yummy lunch!
Making her wish!

After we finished we went to meet the one princess she was determined to meet.  Tiana!  And she was the best princess we met the entire time.  So friendly and personable.  Meg loved her!

Around 2:30 we were in need of a little rest!  We found a nice shady spot and grabbed some snacks and drinks and waited for the parade.  It was just what we needed!
The kids loved the parade and we were lucky that a number of the characters interacted with them a lot!  Meg and Cooper waved the entire time!

Captain Hook and Cooper had the cutest little sword fight!

Then Bryson and I supervised these two on the Magic Carpet Ride!

Then it was "Its a small world" time!  Nothing could have prepared me for how crazy excited Meg was.  It was by far the most "magical" moment of the day!
Her and Cooper pointed everything out to us!
After riding the carousel the kids tried to pull the sword out of the stone!

 Yep, he's crazy!
Such sweetness!  We rode a few more rides and then there was some crazy rain.  Papa and Nana decided to hit the road so we gave them quick hugs and then headed to watch Mickey's Philharmagic.  It was so cute!  We ended up staying till the park closed at 7:00.
When we got back to the room we whipped up a quick dinner for the kids and they all went to bed!  It was a wonderful first day!!!
