A busy weekend followed our day of fun with the cousins. On Friday we went to the zoo with the Cunningham and Kovash families (no camera = no pictures). That evening we went out to eat with a bunch of friends. That Saturday the guys were playing in the Beta golf tournament so the wives hung out and prepared for a couples wedding shower for our friends Willie and Vanessa.
Lauren is just a week older than Meg and they live in Dallas. It was fun to get to see her in action after reading so much about her on their blog. She is a cutie!
Lauren's mom brought this great bounce house and it certainly entertained the kids during the shower!
A little swimming was fun too!
And going between swimming and bouncing was the best!
A lot of Capri Suns were in order after all that playing.
Can you tell Meg liked the bounce house? She bounced forever!
Lauren is a very sweet and affectionate little girl. Meg did not enjoy being the beneficiary of all of her loving.
Willie's dad got a kick out of all of the kids! Meg seemed to like him too! We all like John Henry....he is who helped Bryson get his foot in the door at Baker Hughes!
