We were both shocked with how quickly our bread ran out. We couldn't tear it up fast enough for them and if we didn't throw it they just got closer and closer. Brody only wanted to feed the baby ducks....so sweet!

Trip to the Duck Pond
A couple of weeks ago in an attempt to do things that were all free (except for a couple of trips for fast food....since I also was determined not to go to Target or Wal-Mart) we made our first trip to the Duck Pond at OU! Meg loves ducks and it is one of the few words she can say along with saying quack, quack so I thought they would both enjoy feeding the ducks.
Oh boy was she excited. She couldn't believe just how many ducks there were!
Brody and I were a little more apprehensive. I have had a small fear of ducks since going to school at OSU. I loved the duck pond but hated the ducks. I always felt like the feeling was mutual. I would specifically find alternate routes to class so I would avoid walking by the ducks....unless someone was with me (at least if I got attacked I would feel better if someone was there!). I am not sure if I have ever told anyone any of that....cat's out of the bag....I feel better!

Meg wasn't too found of me taking a picture of her in front of the fountain!
