The Gosh Police

Brody has said so many funny things here latey and I want to be sure and remember them all! So here goes....
* On our way to Gingerbread the other day we were playing "I Spy With My Little Eyes". I said that I spied something that was fluffy and without missing a beat he said, "Meg". Not exactly what I was thinking of but so cute!
Obviously, Brody is not very "fluffy"!

*One our way out of swim lessons Monday Brody was really cold. The cold has never bothered him before but here lately he says he is ready for summer and tired of the snow. So as we were walking to the car his was shivering and said, "I just can't handle this. It is too cold." His lips were quivering and he said, "I'm freezing like a popsicle." I think he just made it up because I have never heard anyone say that before!

Here he is nice and toasty snuggled up with Meg!

*We have always told Brody that he can't say gosh. Not that this is a bad word but when he says gosh it sounds too much like God and we just didn't want it to sound bad to other people. So he is now very good about always saying Goodness, but he has turned into the Gosh police. If he hears it on TV he points it out. If he hears someone in the family say it he will say, "You said Gosh. You are supposed to say Goodness." But he now corrects people we don't even know when we are out and about. It's a tad embarrassing but cute at the same time! He also gets onto people for saying stupid and jerk and lets them know that those words are ugly. Nothing like a 4 year old to keep you in check!!!

And here he is looking so pretty!

And little Miss Meg in between pooping and throwing up for the last 9 days has added some things to her "can do" list!

*She now can say cat and book
Showing off her book

*She loves for me to open the blinds in her room and look out the windows. There are two black cats that roam around and she gets so excited if she spots one.
Where are those cats???

*She loves to try to feed you or bring you something and right as you reach for it she will take it back and smile really big!
Contemplating sharing her food with Rosco

*She has discovered a love of stacking blocks. Oh how enteraining they are and she can figure out so many different things to do with them. Stack them, bang them together, hide them. The list goes on and on!
*She is obsessed with shutting doors. It drives Brody nuts!

I love the back to back pictures with the same bow! I'm not sure I wouldn't frame those. :)
