Meg is now 2 weeks old and we celebrated by going to her 2 week check-up with Dr. Milligan. This was my first outing with both kids by myself and it went great! Meg has gained a pound since her last weigh in a week ago and that makes me so happy! The doctor was shocked that she only eats for 5 minutes every 3 hours and gained that much weight! He said she is obviously getting enough food and so there is nothing to worry about!

Brody
MegWhile we were at the doctor we realized that Brody has pink eye. So now we have to treat him with eye drops and treat Meg just so she doesn't get it. I am anxious to see how the eye drops go over with Brody!! Meg continues to do great and so does Brody. I had a little talk with the doctor today about how I am paranoid anytime Meg appears to have a little gas or a little stomach crammping. I start thinking that she is going to go down the same path as Brody....even though she is already so different than he was. He said he completely understood and it was normal to have this type of anxiety, but that he thinks she will be fine. I am going to quit worrying and just have faith. At Brody's two week appointment he had hidden blood in his stool and we were told he had a milk-protein allergy. So, I guess Meg's appointment was much more positive!
This week we also went to church with Meg for the first time and she slept through it all and I took her up to my work and out to eat with my friends and she did great during all of that as well.

More loving from her cousins!
We are looking forward to taking the kids to Sulphur for a couple of days this weekend. Hannah will be celebrating her 6th Birthday and we are excited for the hay ride and weiney roast! I am sure this will result in some super cute pictures that I will post next week!

There is definitely a resemblance between Brody and Meg! You are doing so good with the pictures, posting, and everything else.
I have been without a computer for a week now and suffering from major blog/internet withdrawls. I was excited to see new pictures and updates. Meg is beautiful!
She's so pretty, Ilena. I wish I could hold her and smell that sweet, fresh from heaven, baby smell!
I wouldn't sweat the smaller head size...Bryson has a tiny bean noggin and he turned out awesome!
