So I think Bryson must have had his best day ever yesterday. Bryson killed what he called a "Big Buck" on the first day of deer season. It was the biggest deer he has killed and it was the first time he had done it on opening day. Who would've thought something like that could make him so very happy. And...to make it even better....Nick killed one too. The deer looked exactly alike. I think Bryson's weighed about 180 pounds. I care nothing about deer hunting and think it is somewhat disgusting, but when something makes Bryson so happy it made me happy too!
Brody, of course, was very excited about his daddy's deer too. He wanted to see it but by the time that Bryson made it home all that was left was the head. Bryson was concerned with Brody seeing just the head and so he gave him a little talk before heading out to the garage. All I overheard once Brody went to the garage was, "Oh my gosh daddy, big deer! That deer huge. That funny. That neat". Obviously he wasn't too disturbed.
