"I thought you didn't like pink"

This is what Bryson said to me when I arrived home from Affair of the Heart this evening. He is right that I have said before that I don't really care for tons of pink, even on a little girl. But, after shopping today, pink is not so bad after all!!! I just couldn't resist the girly stuff today. I actually bought a little tutu, headbands with big flowers and bows attached, and socks that look like little shoes. I love it all and it gave me a little glimpse of what having a little girl is going to be like.

I guess I need to get ready for Meg. When I went to the doctor this week the doctor reminded me that after my next check-up that she will then see me every 2 weeks. And she kept saying how she can't wait and that it is only 3 months away. She seriously sent me into a small panic that resulted in a 20 item "to-do" list for Bryson. He told me not to worry and that he could knock all of the items out in a day. Right...I can't wait to see that!

I read a tutorial on someone's blog on how to make those tutus. It didn't look real hard. I've seen some really cute baby pictures of girls in tutus. Very cute!

Do you have bedding yet for the nursery?

Get ready...even if YOU don't like pink, it seems as though little girls are programmed to think it's the only color in the world worth wearing, coloring with, or otherwise having in their room!!
