Daddy Time and Football

Brody continues to want to be like his daddy and has so much fun with Bryson. I love watching them play together and do all of their special things!

Here Brody is helping his daddy mow the grass. He followed right behind him the entire time he mowed! So cute. I know Bryson can't wait till Brody's mower actually mows!

We had a big box at our house and Bryson turned it into a fun toy for Brody to ride in. Of course once they got started Brody didn't want to stop. Could he look any happier?
Mom and I took Brody to the last OU home game. There was no tailgating which made it easier and Brody lasted until there was only 4 minutes left in the game. I spent a lot of time taking him to the bathroom. I think he peed about five times while we were there and I had to remove his socks, shoes, shorts, and underwear every single time. Remember...he is quirky about things! The next day Bryson took Brody golfing and convinced him that you don't have to remove all of your clothes to pee. Have I mentioned that I love my husband?

I just love this picture because it shows how Brody plays with his monster trucks. I love how he lines things up and uses his imagination. He is certainly into pretend play now!

I don't have any pictures of my favorite thing we have done during the last week. Last Sunday after church Bryson and I took Brody golfing. Bryson has taken Brody before, but I usually try to avoid golfing because it is usually hot and takes too long. But, we had such a wonderful time and I got to see Brody in action on the golf course and I was very impressed. He loves being out there and is happy as can be just riding in the cart, watching his daddy, and getting out and hitting a ball every so often. He is actually really good at hitting the ball and that is using my clubs. I have a feeling Santa may be bringing Brody his own set of golf clubs this year!
