On Friday we headed to Sulphur to celebrate the 4th with Kena and her family and Mimi and Bumpy. We had a good time out on Matt and Kena's boat and then headed back to the house for a delicious dinner. Then it was the event the kids had all been waiting on.....fireworks! These kids love to light fireworks and Bryson loves passing on his knowledge of blowing things up to his kids!

I pulled up a chair and just enjoyed watching it all unfold. A little into the fireworks fun I started to feel extremely sleepy. Jet lag had officially kicked in and I felt a tiredness like I have never felt. All of the following pictures were taken by someone while I was passed out in a chair.
I'm not sure what's going on here but it looks like it has a funny story to go with it.

I eventually went inside and slept on the couch were I later learned everyone was making fun of me and taking goofy pictures of me passed out. I eventually made my way to the car and slept the entire way home. It made me sad that I missed out on the fun but jet lag is no joke.
