During Brody's first semester of Kindergarten there were a few different events that we got to go up to the school to attend!
Meet the Teacher Night! The kids had no problem making themselves at home!

Then Grandparents Night
Brody was happy to get to show off his school to 3 of his 5 grandparents! Here he was showing off his American flag he made!
Then there was the Annual Jog-A-Thon. Brody trained hard again in preparation for this big event (in his eyes). He really wanted to win and tried oh so hard. It got a little chaotic with 2 kindergarten classes running laps in the gym for over 20 minutes and having the teachers mark their backs each time they ran by, but I sure thought he did win. Unfortunately when they gave out the trophys the next week he was not the winner. He took it like a champ and is already looking forward to next years!

Resting after finishing his water and refusing the oranges they were passing out. The little girl sitting by him was in his Pre-K class and his class this year and I think she is so sweet. This was the first time I had seen her hair like this and I couldn't get enough of it. I had no idea she had so much hair! She's such a cute girl and I hope she is in Brody's class next year too!
