In an effort to catch up on all that happened in 2011 here is a number of random pictures.
We took our annual trip to the State Fair to watch Toy Story 3 on Ice. The kids loved it!
You can't go to the State Fair without buying junk food. Brody's treat of choice was a sno cone in the Buzz Lightyear cup!
They rode a few rides before Brody started to feel sick to his stomach. We let the girls finish up riding while I took him one of the cool buildings to rest.
Brody has his own little camera and after recently downloading his pictures I realized he likes to take a lot of self portraits. I think they are pretty funny!
What else is there to do while in the car???

Maybe its the sun in our eyes but this picture makes me think that maybe Brody does look a little like me. Never thought that before.
At the last minute we happened upon some Taylor Swift concert tickets. I jumped at the chance to take Meg with her cousins Macy and Hannah. It was such a fun girls night out!

The day before the Taylor Swift concert we got the news that my dad's dad (my Papa) had passed away. Although he had been sick and was in the nursing home it took me by complete surprise. At the pre-funeral luncheon we all enjoyed catching up with each other and seeing extended family. So glad Bryson, Matt, and Chris get along so well! We all have fun together!
