Halloween

I didn't realize just how many activities we did around Halloween until I started this blog post! We certainly got a lot of use out of their costumes!

The first Halloween party was at Meg's music preschool. It was right around this time that Meg decided she didn't like school. I think she went one more time after this and then I went and observed. And then she dropped out. I don't like sending the kids to stuff if they don't enjoy it especially when they don't have to go. And it wasn't long after this that I dropped out of my A&P 1 class that I had been taking. Yes, we are both losers! Don't judge! We both enjoy staying at home together a lot more than school!
Oh she looks so cute!

We did a little pumpkin painting that included a lot of sprinkles and glitter!

Then one night Bryson worked late and I so I decided I would take the kids to Southmoore High Schools trick or treat night. I thought they would just go from classroom to classroom and get candy. I was wrong. I got there and quickly realized that everyone else in Moore was there too and that it was more like a carnival. The kids loved it and I survived.

A couple of nights later we were excited to meet up with some of our favorite people to head to Haunt the Zoo. We had never done it before and were excited to brave it with good friends. Meg was happy to see Buzz Lightyear. In so many of my pictures of them she is always messing with his face or his hair. I think it is sweet.

Such good buddies

Preciousness

And Georgia was the cutest strawberry ever!

The little ones all managed to have the best seats!

The zoo was a tad crazy. After we finally made it in the kids loved stopping at all the photo ops and getting treats from various businesses. Brody and Sterling could not get enough of the picture taking.

3 of my favorite people to hang out with!

We took this picture for Rob since he was working that night!

Not sure what this pose was all about!

The next day was a small party in our neighborhood! It was right outside our house so the kids loved that!

All the boys ran around pretending to fight each other with their swords!

Meg was excited to run into Little Red Riding Hood!

After that we headed to our church's carnival. This may have been my favorite stop because we know everyone there and so the kids would just go from booth to booth and play games and we sat and at and visited with the other parents. So nice! Meg loved making stuff with Bekah!

Stickers always make her happy!

Brody and Kinley. This is who he says he is going to marry!

Meg would be happy if Brody married Kinley. She loves her and her sister Kayton!

Total cuteness!

We did go trick or treating but I can't seem to find my pictures from that night.
