Father's Day Fun
We had a busy but fun Father's Day Weekend celebrating the guy that Meg and Brody love the most (and Bumpy and Papa as too). Saturday we knocked out a family shopping trip to Wal-Mart, a t-ball game, Toy Story 3 with Papa, Nana, and Aunt B (the movie is AWESOME!!!), lunch, and then I went to a pole dancing bachelorette party(which is very out of character for me but it was SO much fun and I can now proudly say that I can twirl around a stripper pole.....just not very gracefully!
Brody was so very excited for Bryson to open his presents on Sunday morning. He had worked very hard painting a canvas for Bryson and was so proud of it. (I will post a picture of the finished product later).
Look at him beaming!
He loves his daddy even though he says he doesn't.....ha!
Sunday after church we headed to the Air Show at Tinker!
Brody is all about airplanes right now and he love it all but especially liked getting to go through the airplanes and sit in the pilot seat. He thought his Bumpy was pretty cool because he knew some of the guys working and one guy even told him that his Bumpy taught him everything he knew about F-4's!
I would love if he ended up being a pilot one day. I think he would make a great one!
He thought the AWACS was super cool because it was full of computers. He couldn't believe his friend Kennedy's daddy flew on them all the time and that was his job!

He spent most of the day on Bryson's shoulders!
Showing Cousin Shawn his awesome Thunderbird plane
He loves his Bumpy

Favorite picture of the day!
Last plane before heading home
How did we get to do all of this awesome stuff with Brody this weekend??? Because of awesome Aunt B! She came up from Dallas and spent MAJOR quality time with Miss Meg. She took such good care of her and I know they both had a good time. Aunt B said that looking at Meg is like looking at her own baby pictures. Thank you Aunt B.....we appreciate you letting us take Brody to do "big kid" stuff!
