She has started throwing what I would consider mini fits. I usually just gently place her on the floor and then walk away. She gets over these very quickly but they are still so shocking to us. Brody was NEVER a fit thrower so this is the first time I have had a kid actually get on the floor and throw a fit. 3 more months to go and then we will start implementing the naughty mat but for now it is just redirection and ignoring. Seems to work for now!
Other random things: She loves music and I love seeing her bop her little head and foot in the car to the kiddie songs. She is strong. Bryson thinks she is way stronger than Brody ever was. She really doesn't care for eating. I know this is hard to believe since she is so "healthy" looking but her appetite here lately is really not that great. Her favorites continue to be avacados and pasta. She loves water. Baths, playing in the sprinklers, playing a water puddle. Loves them all. She loves sand and can sit for long periods of time playing in it! She loves pull toys. Her and Brody will chase each other around the house while they drag pull toys behind them. She loves building blocks. She can stack four small little square blocks. I am sure this isn't too big of a deal, but I am impressed with her. Brody never had very good fine motor skills so it is nice to see her having some!

15 Months
Little Miss Meg is 15 months old and still a ton of fun! As time goes on we see more of her personality develop and boy does she have one!
She loves people and loves to put on a show! She is happiest when there is a large crowd around. At church, at the YMCA, birthday parties, etc. Last night me and the kids went with my parents to a benefit dinner at the Wynnewood High School. Meg walked around "talking" and doing dance moves and going up to people she had never seen before. Then she would raise her shirt and show off her belly and then run the other way!
She is what some might call a wild child! She isn't bad....she is a great baby! But she is all over the place all the time. She climbs on everything and gets into everything. She loves to figure out ways to get on top of beds, coffee tables, couches, etc. She can be buckled into her stroller and will figure out a way to get out of the buckle and stand up. You get the picture. She rarely sits still. On the go all the time. No one else thinks Brody was as active as she is but I think it is just because people weren't around him like they are Meg. He was pretty on the go too!
She loves to be outside. She loves the tricycle and the little push firetruck. She will stand on the little basket that is on the back of the tricycle and climb over the seat and then stand on the seat and then clap for herself. She is a daredevil for sure! She loves to be upside down.

What a cutie, Ilena. I'm starting to see more and more of you in her pictures. Next time you are in Wynnewood, take her and Brody by to visit my dad. He would LOVE it!
I have noticed she loves to bop to the music! During lunch time we'll still have the music on and she'll try to catch my eye and get the head bopping! Now I know why she doesn't eat all of her lunch! I thought it was either she was ready for her bottle or seeing the nap mats out she just wanted to lay down, so it's not just me. :) She is fun! I love seeing her 3 days a week! :)
I adore her too!
