Great! Then my Brody man will talk it off! It still amazes me to see how social Brody has recently become. This is the little boy who barely spoke a word until well after his second birthday and now he will talk to almost anyone who will listen (and to those who try to ignore him). He is a very persistant little booger. I love to see him engage random strangers in conversation. He starts every conversation with "I'm 4 (with arm streched out and proudly displaying four fingers) and my cousin Hannah is 7 (once again with appropriate number of fingers)." Then he usually points out that Meg is his baby and that she is one or tell them something new that he got. This could be his new bike (that he got for his 3rd birthday) or our TV (that is almost a year old) or his tennis shoes that he got for Christmas. I love that everything is still new to him!
He always tells me stories from school and what happens when someone comes over to babysit. I also realize that this probably means he tells everything about what happens at home to his teachers and school and Bible class. If only I could be a fly on those walls!
I love my precious little boy and even though my mom thinks all of his talking is payback.....I enjoy every minute of it (or at least try to).

Brody started every conversation with me with a phrase. I can't remember it exactly, but it was something like..."you know what..." I thought it was cute!
