May Recap

May was a busy month and here is all of the extra fun we had!
Meg started guitar lessons and is really enjoying it except that she says it hurts her fingers sooo bad.  I  kept catching her taking Bryson's guitar off the wall.  Hopefully she will have her own soon!

We couldn't quit laughing when all of the dogs were competing for Mimi's attention one afternoon.  I am pretty sure she can't stand any of them but all 3 of them were fighting over her!

Meg had a ball at Huston's rock themed birthday party!

We all got excited seeing the progress of our shop!

Meg looked so cute in her Aunt B's old dance costume

And this Kindergarten Graduation picture was pretty precious too!

We went to an OKC Dodgers game one Sunday afternoon.  Pretty sure I sat behind these two and said a little prayer that maybe just maybe they will date when they get older.  They get along so good!

And Meg would sure love it too.  There is no friend that makes both of my kids equally as happy as Kinley!

We've never had an issue with jealousy with Brody and Meg but after Meg's kindergarten program Brody got a little bit jealous of all of the family being there to see her get all of her awards.  He doesn't remember that everyone did the exact same thing for his Kindergarten program.  Because of all of this he was so excited that Bryson surprised him at his awards ceremony.  He was supposed to be in Midland that day and he cancelled it.  Brody's face when he turned around and saw him was worth it.

Couldn't have asked for a more perfect teacher my little guy!

He got over 200 AR points for the year and read more books than anyone in his class.  Pretty good for a kid who hates to read!  He will do anything when it's a competition!

And the best part of May was the arrival of the Moone family Memorial Day weekend.  Meg and Finley are just the perfect pair and had a ball together.  We made smores one night!

Because I completely screwed up looking at the school calendar our last day of school was one day early.  I almost didn't send them because the Moone girls were at the house but I rallied about 10 minutes before it was time for school to start and sent them for a couple of hours.

Meg had the cutest hair all year thanks to Katy.  She braided her hair perfectly in under a minute.  She's impressive!

This boy needed a haircut and a lesson in matching clothes!

We had a fun afternoon at the park!

And around campus corner that day!
