Disney World Day Three

After a great night of rest we were all up early ready to head to Hollywood Studios!
One of my favorite things about where we stayed at the Polynesian was how close we were to the monorail and the bus stop.  This was right outside our room!

Brody still wasn't 100% and that combined with the leftover make-up from the Pirates League made him look a little dopey!

The obligatory group photo

Still not sure what the Photo Pass people are thinking when they have you do things like "pretend like you are freezing"!

First up was the Toy Story Ride

Photo bombs were pretty prevalent on this trip!

While the boys were doing boy stuff the girls went to meet Sophia

Then it was Tower of Terror
And Rockin Roller Coaster!  Brody really wasn't feeling his best since he didn't want to ride the roller coaster!

One of the longest lines we waited in was the Big Hero 6 character line.  So we entertained ourselves by taking funny pictures!

Trying to perfect the pose!

It was so fun seeing the kids meet Hiro and Baymax.  I'm not sure Hiro was used to having kids running to him like Georgia did!

And Meg just couldn't get over hugging Baymax

She never let go of him!

We at at the 50s Diner for lunch and it was super yummy!  It kind of took a long time but it was fun!  Brody started not feeling very well during lunch so the two of us went back to the hotel while everyone else stayed and enjoyed the rest of the park!

Carolina was nice enough to keep up with Meg and she finally got to see Lightning and Mater!

I thought Brody might take a nap but instead he wanted to swim.  For some reason that really made him feel better and for most of the rest of the trip he felt great!  Loved the sandy beach area at the hotel and this view!

After a little more rest time we headed to the Magic Kingdom.  It's always fun to be spend one on one time with your kid when you are at Disney World.  Meg and I did it last time so I enjoyed doing it with Brody this time around!

He was really in the mood for pictures so I took advantage of it!

Love this sweet little boy!

Since he wasn't feeling his best he wanted to ride all of the kiddie rides!  I loved every minute of it!

The rest of the crew got back from Hollywood Studios and met up with us for a fun evening!

Watching the sunset from Dumbo was pretty neat!

We road the Barnstormer over and over

That night we had reservations at the Wishes Dessert Party.  It was great having a wonderful place to watch the fireworks but we definitely learned a few things if we ever do it again.  First is don't get there early.  We got there a few minutes before our reservation time and they didn't seat anyone for another 45 minutes.  We had to pull out all the stops to keep the kids entertained.  Bryson was having the kids take turns creating a story!

Trying to keep our happy faces on!

You have to really really like desserts.  I think it would be better to be an appetizer and dessert party! That would make it absolutely perfect!

Meg already had her "Are the fireworks going to be loud" panicked face!

But despite all the waiting the Wishes show and fireworks was absolutely worth it.  So magical!

The big boys had a few work things they needed to deal with so they headed back to the hotel to make some phone calls but Carolina and I really wanted to stick around for the Electrical Parade!

She took the girls to see some princesses!

Love the little look Georgia gives in the princess pictures!

I took Cooper and Brody to the carousel and then to secure our parade spot!

The boys did a little shooting at the arcade and I was absolutely shocked by how good Brody's aim was.  Cooper and I just didn't have that same kind of luck!

We were all a bit delirious at this point!

The Electrical Parade is always one of my absolute favorite parts to any Disney World trip.  It wasn't crowded that night and it is just so fun to watch the kids faces light up!

We were pretty proud of ourselves surviving by ourselves with all the kids so late at night

I went to the bathroom to get ready for bed and this is what I came back to!

Such a fun day wiped them completely out!
