Brody played NYSA again this fall and once again it was a great season! It was so fun to watch him get more advanced in his skills and to see him playing with a huge smile on his face all season!
We were lucky enough to be on Carlos' team again and to be on a team with Cooper. It made practice so much fun for Meg to have Case to play with! We just love Carlos! We may not be able to understand much of what he says, but it is obvious that he knows what to teach the boys and is so patient and sweet to them!
During the last game of the season Brody finally scored his first goal of the season! He had some really good kids on his team and some tough competition from other teams so those goals weren't as easy to come by! Carlos presented them each with a medal at the end of the game. They were undefeated in the regular season and only lost one tournament game. I laughed so hard when Carlos told Brody how good he had become and reminded him how on the first day of practice (last year) Brody boo-hooed (imagine Carlos making baby crying sounds and rubbing his eyes) and that to look at him know it is amazing!
Pretty sure he wasn't thrilled about taking a picture with Meg....but she sure was!!!
