Papa in the House....

During the last few months Papa retired from his practice in Pauls Valley and him and Nana moved down to Santa Rosa Beach, Florida.  We are excited for them but a little sad for us that they will no longer be just an hour away.  And there is one person in particular that is extra sad because he sure likes his Papa. 

Just a couple of weeks after they moved Papa flew back in town for his High School Class Reunion and we were lucky enough to have him stay with us for two nights!  Brody was happy to give up his room for the weekend if it meant Papa would be staying with us.  The kids roped Bruce into lots of board games and a few games of catch and he even taught Brody how to use the awesome pocket knife that Gran B gave him.  

The kids thought his rental car was hilarious.  They both wanted to ride around with him in the "Green Wienie" as Bruce named it.  We enjoyed having some extended family over for breakfast on Saturday morning and even Aunt B came to town!  It was so much fun and we look forward to many more visits over the years from Papa and hopefully Nana too!
