Since Moore schools were cancelled for the rest of the year following the tornado we had a few extra days of summer that we hadn't planned on. We were all ready to do some fun things!
Bubble baths are even more exciting now that we have to try to keep Annie out!
We went up to Brody's school for one last time. They had all the teachers there so the kids could all say bye for the summer and pick up their goodies. It was so nice to see everyone but so sad but lots of the families from his school lost their houses or had a lot of damage. We had to make a stop at Mrs. Kirk's class to say hello. She is still their favorite and Meg is so excited to be going to her class next year!
They had been dying for some Chick-fil-a and it finally opened up on that Thursday so we stopped in for lunch. We were pleasantly surprised to be greeted by Dan Cathy, the owner of Chick-fil-a!
Our final stop was Chuck-E-Cheese. Another place they had been asking to visit. We had a blast!
We loved having those extra days added to our summer break!
