I have started to realize lately that being the second child certainly has some perks. For starters we are more laid back and what kid wouldn't enjoy that? Below are some pictures that display the perks of being the baby of the family (plus some other random pictures).......
Cartoon watching at 7 months! Brody didn't watch TV until after he was two. Part of that was because he could've cared less, but part of it is that I didn't have cartoons on. Meg on the other hand is already a fan of Wow Wow Wubbzy!
Meg gets a lot more pictures taken of her then Brody did.
She has a cool big brother who takes great care of her and makes sure we do the same. Plus she gets to watch him do all sorts of cool stuff! Constant entertainment.
More people to focus their attention on her
She gets to play with toys that she would've never played with if she was the first. Who knew a 7 month old girl could love a barn so much. Notice that she is doing her push ups!
Celebrating my 28th birthday with a wonderful cake Bryson made me!
Wow....28 candles produce a lot of smoke!
Pulling up for the first time. This girl loves her kitchen. She worms her way over to it and just has a ball.
Seriously....this kid is hilarious!
Brody looks like she is really hurting him. Maybe that is why she has earned the nickname "Baby Big" by a little girl at Mother's Day Out.
And this is what she looked like last night. I would've never taken a picture of Brody sleeping out of fear of waking him up. Not this little one!

Oh dear oh dear. She's going to be an attention stealer from Brody when she's older. Alec is the same way. Those second kids know how to shake things up! By the way, happy belated b-day!
